This spectacular home offers an open floor plan that connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather.

The professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight any aspiring chefs; or grill at your leisure in the great outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the balcony.

A special dining area offers chic seating for 10 at the large custom table with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.

The Penthouse offers five bedrooms with TVs, ensuite bathrooms, and beautiful views. The large primary bedroom with king bed enjoys a gas fireplace and private deck, perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. A spa-like ensuite bath features a steam shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. The second guest suite has a king bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

There are two bunkrooms that each offer two sets of twin over full bunk beds. One bunkroom is next to the primary bedroom and has an ensuite bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. The second bunkroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A 5th room has a full bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All One Steamboat Place residences feature luxurious furnishings and décor throughout the home.

In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.

SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

PARKING
Guests are allowed two vehicles in the parking garage. Valet parking is available.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home enjoys air conditioning in summer.
