Access the main level deck with an outdoor grill and seating in summer. This private lot backs up to the protected private Cucumber Gulch, with decks overlooking cross-country ski and snowshoe trails and plenty of hiking. A lower patio has an inviting gas fire pit with seating, right next to a private outdoor hot tub – everything you need to enjoy the Colorado nighttime air. On the main level is the spacious primary king suite, with large windows, a TV, and a gorgeous ensuite bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Family game and movie night start downstairs in the lower-level family room with a comfy sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, gaming, foosball table, and game table.
