La Maison de Montagne (The Mountain House) is your desirable mountain home away from home, with the coziest of layouts, over 4,500 square feet of entertaining space, and beautiful scenery. Take a retreat to the mountains in this spectacular home and you may never want to leave.
A 3-sided fireplace warms the air between the great room and kitchen, creating both separation and a cozy ambiance. Plenty of windows let in lots of natural light and beautiful wooded and mountain views. Cooks will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large farmers' sink, and a roomy island/bar with seating for 6, along with a sunny breakfast nook. An elegant dining area nearby will be a great gathering place for guests and home-cooked meals.
Off the kitchen is a spacious deck with seating a grilling area and plenty of nature and views. A gorgeous primary king suite is on the main level with its stone gas fireplace, upper deck access, and ensuite bath with a soaking tub and luxury touches. A queen suite is on the upper level and shares the same fantastic views.
Retreat to the lower-level family room to relax on a wrap-around sectional couch and watch movies on a large projection TV. A pool and ping pong table and wet bar make this room the place to be on game night with the family. Two bedrooms are on this level, a king suite with a fireplace and a TV, and a fantastic 2 queen and a full over full bunk bedroom with a fireplace, a TV, and a private ensuite with a jetted tub.
From here, exit to the hot tub for some star gazing and family fun. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and a 2-bay garage with parking for 4 cars total. Located on Peak 7 with easy access to town for convenience, but far enough away with all the privacy you were looking for on your mountain vacation.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
