This bright townhome is located in the gated community of Arrowhead Village, just two miles west of Beaver Creek.  It’s just a short walk to the Arrow Bahn Express ski lift, Vista Restaurant, hiking trails, the Arrowhead Community pool and tennis courts or the paved county recreation path.  The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make the great room a nice space in which to gather with a large TV and gas fireplace.  The patio is a natural extension of the indoor living space.  The nicely appointed kitchen makes it easy to cook in. 

LAYOUT 
As you enter the front door, there is a foyer with seating, coat hooks and cubbies.  As you move down the hall from the foyer, the twin bedroom is on the left and the hall bathroom on the right.  You then enter the great room with the kitchen, dining area and living area.  Upstairs there is a loft area with a small seating area.  Down the hall from this are the primary bedroom and captain’s bunk bedroom. 

SKI ACCESS 
This home is a short walk from the ski slopes.  Just follow the paved path to the left out the front door, then right at the T intersection and up the stairs of One Arrowhead Place and you’re at the Arrow Bahn Express lift.  From here you can access Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek ski areas.  If you’d rather start skiing from Beaver Creek, you can take the complimentary Village Connect shuttle service that is available from 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM.  The home is also a short walk to Vista Restaurant, the pool and the tennis courts. 

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

HOME FEATURES 
This home features a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, along with a dining room hosting a formal table for 6. The kitchen includes breakfast bar seating for 5 and an auto-drip coffee maker. Amenities extend to access to Arrowhead Community's outdoor pool, hot tubs (available in winter and summer), and tennis courts (summer only). Additionally, it offers underground garage parking for 1 vehicle, a gas grill, ski storage closet, washer and dryer, as well as convenient shuttle services to Arrowhead Alpine Club and Village Connect shuttles to Beaver Creek & Bachelor Gulch (winter only).
