Access the Highlands Skiway beginner run just steps from your back door and easily ski down to one of many chairlifts. Chalet Fortessa has a spacious multi-level floor plan with room for eight guests to enjoy both privacy and time together. The large great room has lots of natural light and comfy couches, making it the perfect place to cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace to catch up or watch a movie. Access the patio for BBQ grilling and outdoor dining in summer.
With outdoor enthusiasts in mind, both the front and back entrances access a long hallway with ample gear storage, closets, hooks, and boot heaters. From the back steps, easy access to the Highlands Skiway run will make you appreciate the convenient location of this home, the perfect way to ski home for lunch and head out again.
An updated kitchen with beautiful dark granite countertops, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for three will delight the cooks in your group, ready to serve up meals at the adjacent dining area with seating for eight guests.
On the upper level are all three nicely furnished bedrooms. A primary king suite enjoys a TV, mountain views, an ensuite bath with heated floors, a luxurious steam shower, and a granite vanity with double sinks. The second bedroom also features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bath with a shower-tub combination. Kids will love the mountain-style bunk room with two sets of log twin bunk beds and an ensuite bath with a shower-tub combo.
Other amenities include a whole-house Sonos sound system, washer/dryer, detached garage parking, and free shuttle services. Parking is underground with a maximum height clearance of 7 feet. Parking is limited to one parking space per townhome.
