This vacation rental home has wonderful views of the Beaver Creek Golf Course and valley with plenty of room to keep everyone happy on a family ski vacation. The spacious floor plan includes five bedrooms on three levels and a wonderful patio with seating and gas grill.
The entry level of the home is off the garage and features a laundry room and mud room with plenty of space for gear storage. A private queen room with ensuite bathroom, sitting area and TV is also on this level.
On the main level is a beautiful great room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and comfortable sitting area with TV. Floor to ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light and views of the golf course.
The kitchen boasts granite counters, custom cabinetry and plenty of counter space with bar seating for four. An adjacent dining area seats six with plenty of windows surrounding. This open floor plan is perfect for entertaining.
In warmer months, enjoy the backyard and patio where you’ll find yourself overlooking the 5th Fairway of the Beaver Creek Golf Course.
A large primary suite is on the main level with a king bed, TV, sitting area, access to the patio and its own ensuite bathroom. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a full-sized day bed, with TV and ensuite bath that also connects to the foyer off the great room.
On the upper level are two more rooms and a loft overlooking the great room. One room has a king bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom and the second room has one queen bed and two twin beds, also with its own bathroom.
This home has the added convenience of a two-car garage and driveway parking.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
