Access to the front deck offers more seating in warmer months in a beautiful, wooded setting. 

A show-stopper gourmet kitchen has all the wow factor you can dream up with an elongated waterfall countertop island with elegant bar seating, shining stainless steel Thermador appliances, and a gourmet 6-burner range with dual ovens. Cooks will enjoy all the workspace in this well-designed kitchen for easy meal preparation, with an open flow to the dining area, with seating for 10. 

On the main level is the primary king suite with a gas fireplace, TV, and desk. An exquisite ensuite includes a freestanding soaking tub, large vanity with dual sinks, and a walk-in steam shower for the ultimate spa experience. 

On the upper level is a king suite with deck access and a queen suite, both with private ensuites with beautifully tiled walk-in showers. An upper-level sitting area is a great place to relax and enjoy a good book and the nearby sunny loft overlooks the great room, adding another interesting element to the home. 

Retire to the lower level family room with its inviting sectional couch, gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Beautiful wood flooring and elegant furnishings make this large room the place to be. Enjoy a game of billiards or gather around the fully equipped wet bar for a beverage. A nearby sauna completes the spa experience or sneak outside to the hot tub on the lower patio to relax and unwind under the stars. 

On the lower level is a king suite and a bunkroom with 3 built-in bunks the kids will love. There are two bathrooms on this level. One is a large, shared bathroom with access from both the king bedroom and the hall. There is also a full bathroom with a sauna just across from the bunk room on the same level. 

Other amenities include a laundry room and mudroom off the garage with storage and hooks, a 2-bay garage with parking for 4 cars total, and wireless internet.

Boulder Vista is ideally located within a quick drive to the restaurants and shops on Main Street and during the summer months, you have easy access to hiking and biking trails right out your door.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

SHUTTLE 
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
 
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
