Contemporary decor and chic touches throughout the home are both elegant and comfortable. Sink into the large L-shaped sofa in front of the sleek gas fireplace in the living room, where light floods the space with its vaulted ceilings and large windows. Up a few steps is the fully stocked gourmet kitchen where the chefs in your group will enjoy both the views while they prep, and the top-of-the-line appliances including a Wolf oven and stovetop and wine refrigerator.
There’s plenty of seating for everyone to gather around for meals with four barstools at the kitchen island and a round dining table that seats six. The dining area opens out to the large deck with a grill and outdoor seating. The relaxation continues down the stairs off the deck to a patio with Adirondack chairs and the hot tub.
Beacon Retreat has 3 bedrooms, plus a den with sofa bed. The bedrooms are spread throughout the home, each on its own level. Starting on the lower level is an ensuite queen bedroom. The next level up is a cozy den with sleeper sofa, office area and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is a king bedroom on the main entry level with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. Proceed up another set of stairs to the primary king bedroom with walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in steam shower with a soaking tub. French doors open to the patio with hot tub.
The home features air conditioning, high-speed Internet, and a one-car garage with space for another vehicle in the driveway.
SKI / VILLAGE ACCESS
During the winter months, guests will walk across the road to a ski run that leads to a catwalk down to the Centennial Lift. In summer, you can enjoy a leisurely, short walk down to Beaver Creek village.
SHUTTLE
During your stay in Beaver Creek, you will have access to the resort's complimentary shuttle, using the convenient Village Connect App. It operates from 7am-midnight.
